Today we took Jill to the Puyallup dog park. I couldn't tell you who had more fun, Chad or Jill. Even the other two dogs that were there could be in the running for who had the most fun! But the best part of the day for me was after the dog park and after Jill's cool down in the creek.
I let Chad have his play time in the kids play area and there was a family there that did not appear to speak any English. That didn't seem to stop the little boy (who's name I believe was Makie) and Chad from having a blast. Tag is tag, sliding down the dual slides just takes pointing, hanging off the monkey bars together just took one of them to go first.
Chad even seemed to recognize that Jill made Makie nervous and had Jill show off her tricks to make him laugh and see how friendly she is.
The only words Makie spoke were "Good Bye" after Chad said "Bye" when we left the park. But that seemed to be all that needed to be said.
