My New Job

Hello all!

As some of you know I (Amber ;) ) got a new job and started today. I think the thing that will take the most getting used to is the breaks and lunch time! Sounds strange? Well, what else did you expect?

At USIS I planned my day so that I could have lunch at my desk and work a straight 8 hours. I don't know if that's an option for Expeditors yet, but I kinda doubt it. I have so much time I don't know what to do with myself. All though, I have learned that the library is just up the street.

Anyway, my first day was not bad...lots of paper work and stuff I don't know about yet being "explained" in a general manner... we'll see tomorrow how much of it sunk in I guess.

Oh, yeah, one more thing I have to get used to...grown up business clothes...YUCK! he he...I prefer my cargos and sneakers, but it's a sacrifice I'll have to get over!
